On the morning of August 10, 2026, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Danbang Mansion Project invested and developed by Shenzhen Yijiaren Industrial Development Co., Ltd. was grandly held. Mr. Zhang Yulong from Shanghai Chucheng Investment Management Co., Ltd. was invited to attend the grand ceremony. Together with leaders and cooperative representatives from Danbang Group, project operator, construction party and property service institution, he witnessed the milestone launching of the project and supported the high-standard construction and implementation.

本次开工仪式的顺利举行，标志着历时两年精心筹备、多方协同攻坚的丹邦大厦项目，正式从规划筹备阶段迈入全面实质性建设阶段。项目的顺利启建，既是各合作方同心协作、深耕实干的重要成果，也将进一步完善区域商务配套、优化城市空间格局，为地方城市更新与产业高质量发展注入崭新动能。

The successful ceremony marks that Danbang Mansion Project, which underwent two years of elaborate preparation and joint efforts across multiple parties, has officially shifted from planning preparation to comprehensive physical construction. The launch of the project embodies the joint efforts of all partners. It will further complete regional business supporting facilities, optimize urban spatial layout, and inject new momentum into local urban renewal and industrial high-quality development.

The event commenced with a blessing ritual. Mr. Chen Jijun, Mr. Guan Yuan and Mr. Xu Xiaodong took the stage sequentially to pray for smooth construction, safe operation and successful completion of Danbang Mansion, wishing fine workmanship, steady progress and promising prospects for the project.

Later, representatives from participating institutions delivered speeches respectively to outline project blueprints and reach unified development consensus.

Mr. Chen Jijun of Danbang Group delivered the opening speech, elaborating on the layout, functional positioning, construction standards and development goals of Danbang Mansion. He stated that the project would stick to high-standard planning, premium construction and efficient implementation, strictly control construction details, build a benchmark commercial complex in the region, and strive for early completion, delivery and official operation.

深圳壹佳仁实业管源先生发表讲话，系统回顾项目前期筹备的各项工作，对各合作单位的坚守与付出表示感谢。他强调，将持续统筹各方资源、压实主体责任，细化建设节点、严控建设进度，全方位保障项目平稳有序推进。

Mr. Guan Yuan of Shenzhen Yijiaren Industrial Development Co., Ltd. reviewed previous preparation work and expressed gratitude to all cooperating parties. He stressed continuous resource coordination, responsibility implementation, refined schedule control to guarantee stable project advancement.

物业公司杨耀先生代表运维服务团队表态，将提前对接项目建设全流程，以专业化、精细化、标准化的物业服务体系，夯实后续运营管理基础，为大厦长效稳定、高品质运营保驾护航。

On behalf of the property service team, Mr. Yang Yao promised full connection throughout construction. The team would adopt professional, refined and standardized property management mechanisms to lay solid foundations for the mansion’s long-term high-quality operation.
